Back to Ruck Mode

Run one loaded mile with receipts.

The first Ruck Mode pilot is a free challenge for clubs, creators, and training groups. The ask is simple: run a real loaded mile, capture the proof, and share what the weekly recap taught you.

Step 1

Set load

Pick a safe pack or vest weight and record it before the session. No inflated screenshots, no mystery numbers.

Step 2

Move

Run or walk one measured loaded mile with Apple Watch. Keep the format repeatable enough for the next group to try.

Step 3

Recap

Submit the watch receipt, pack weight, route note, and weekly recap. The useful proof is what changed after the mile.

The pitch

This is not a request to post about an app. It is an invitation to run a loaded-mile challenge and show the receipts: pack weight, time, route, effort, and the debrief. If the proof is useful, affiliate setup comes later with clear disclosure, campaign links, offer codes, and payout references.

What qualifies as proof

Good first groups

Start with people already doing loaded miles: ruck clubs, Murph prep crews, Apple Watch endurance reviewers, veteran fitness groups, hiking clubs, and hybrid athletes who can explain the difference between walking and moving under load.

Boundaries

Free access is for evaluation and pilot operation. It is not payment for coverage, does not require a positive review, and must be disclosed if mentioned publicly. Ruck Mode is independent fitness software, not official military scoring, medical advice, or an emergency service.
